Felt pencil tops and…

a felt friend. Both are by Royal Mint. I love the way she poses her creations in pictorial scenes. This little guy seems to be about to visit a garden party complete with white picket fence and bunting. We should all be so lucky!
With our needle felting class coming up in a weeks time I thought I would catalogue some felt work that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy.

Royal Mint’s creations are mainly assembled felt pieces, but the added stitchery would certainly be affective on a needle felt project and I urge you to give it a try. This bunny brooch by Lizzieneedles shows wonderful colour blending and really shows off what can be accomplished with refined felting skills
Jabba the Hut and friends by Kit Lane takes it all one step further. My hat is all the way off!
Japan with all it’s sophistication is also the cradle of all things cute and crafty. A japanese needle felting book will show you the way to an adorable world
Use the force!
Craftily yours
Kristin
